  • I do not have a parts account with McNeilus, how do I get setup? Fill out and submit the McNeilus Credit Application. Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and an account will be setup in one business day.
  • I already have an account with McNeilus, how do I get an on-line account? Click here to email a request to have a website account set up. Make sure to include your McNeilus account number in your request as well as your name, address, and phone number.
  • How do I find parts for my truck? There are two options for finding parts for your Oshkosh/McNeilus truck. 1. Search by Chassis VIN, Mixer Serial Number or Body Serial Number. Select the OEM Parts link from your home page, and then select Find by Serial Number. Key your Chassis VIN, Mixer Serial Number or Body Serial Number into the search field and the Bill of Materials displays. 2. Search by Model. Select the OEM Parts link from your home page, and then select Find by Model, Select your Model Line, then your Model.

    To search for allmakes products: Select the Product or Manufacturer from the drop down under the Non-OEM Parts heading on the left side of your screen
  • How is shipping calculated? Shipping is calculated based upon the weight and dimensions of your shipment as well as your shipping preferences on file with McNeilus.
  • Can I change my order after it has been submitted? Orders placed on STREETSMARTPARTS.com are quickly sent to our warehouses for shipment (usually within 10 minutes). Once orders are in our warehouse they cannot be modified. Have your order number and account number ready and call 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative to see if your order can be changed.
  • I did not receive all of my parts, what should I do? Have your order number and account information ready and call 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
  • My parts were damaged in shipment, what should I do? Have your order number and account information ready and call 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
  • I no longer need a part, how do I return parts? Have your order number and account information ready and call 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
  • The parts I received do not match what I ordered, what should I do? Have your order number and account information ready and call 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
  • Can I order warranty parts from the web? Yes, Warranty parts should be purchased through your normal parts procurement process.  The warranty claim must be filed within 30 days of repair completion.
  • Can I view my open billing on-line? Yes, the Customer Ledger under the My Account section allows you to review all of your invoices, the original amount and the amount open. You can search for an invoice by our order number, your purchase order number, the invoice total and a date range.
  • Can I print invoices? Yes, all parts orders and credit orders in the Customer Ledger under the My Account section can be viewed as a PDF and reprinted from the web. Service invoices are not available at this time.
  • Can I pay my open invoices on-line? Yes, any invoice in the Customer Ledger under the My Account section can be selected with the checkbox for online payment.
  • Where is my credit? If you have reviewed the Customer Ledger under the My Account section and cannot find your credit, contact 888 MTM PART to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
  • Where is my order? Tracking information will be emailed to the email address setup for your on-line account once an order has been shipped. Once an order has invoiced, the tracking information can be found by viewing the invoice in the Customer Ledger under the My Account section.
  • What is McNeilus’ Return Policy?

    1. All parts returned must be complete, free of damage, current revision and in a saleable condition. Used, weathered and “take off” parts are non-returnable and are subject to rejection. Open seal kits, gasket kits and electrical items (switches, solenoids etc) and rubber products are not returnable and will be rejected.

    2. Authorization to return parts will only be granted on parts purchased no more than 90 days from the request.

    3. Parts must be returned within 30 days of return authorization.

    4. Parts returned will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

    5. Special Order parts may not be eligible for return.

    6. The Return number obtained from a McNeilus Company representative must be referenced and clearly marked on the outside of all return packages/parts. This will ensure proper handling of the material and speed up processing.

    7. All freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer returning the product.


    This policy does not cover warranty returns.
  • What is your shipping cut off time? Our freight carriers usually pick up from our local facilities by 3:00 PM.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM local branch time may not ship until the following business day.  If your order has been placed and you are concerned about making the day’s shipment, especially for next day air requests, contact your Customer Support Representative at 888 MTM PART.
  • I want to pick up the parts at the branch, how long do I need to wait?

    We request that branch pickup/will call customers allow a minimum of two (2) hours from the time the order is placed to arriving at the branch.  If the order is required more quickly, or specific instructions are required, contact your Customer Support Representative at 888 MTM PART.  In order to minimize any wait time, it is always a wise practice to call 888-MTM PART to make sure your order is ready before arriving to pick it up
