Parts Return Policy
1. A copy of the original
invoice showing the purchase of the part requested for return must be provided
by the customer.
2. Contact a Customer
Support Representative at 888-686-7278 for return authorization.
3. The Return Authorization Number must be referenced and clearly marked on the outside of all return packages/parts. This will ensure proper handling of the material and speed up processing.
4. Condition and Type of
part may restrict return eligibility:
- All parts returned must be complete, free of damage, current revision and in a saleable condition.
- Used, weathered and “take off” parts are non-returnable and are subject to rejection.
- Open seal kits, gasket kits and electrical items (switches, solenoids etc) and rubber products are not eligible for return.
- Special Order parts may not be eligible for return.
5. Parts must be returned
within 30 days of return authorization.
6. Restocking
fees will apply:
- 0-30 days = 0%
- 30 days up to 6 months = 15%
- 6 months up to 1 year = 20%
- Parts older than 1 year may not be returned.
7. All freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer returning the product.
8. This policy does not
cover warranty returns.
